HOE MOET DE VOEDING EVENTUEEL ZIJN NA ZES IMPLANTAATBEHANDELING?

Het is van groot belang om bij zes implantaatbehandelingen toch het door de tandarts aanbevolen dieet te volgen. De aandachtspunten bij de voeding kunnen als volgt worden weergegeven: Binnen 1-15 dagen na de behandeling kunnen vloeibare en gepureerde voedingsmiddelen worden geconsumeerd, mits deze niet overmatig warm of koud zijn. Zacht voedsel en voedsel op gemiddelde temperatuur, zoals pasta, rijst, vis, eieren en groenten (fijngehakt) kunnen binnen 15-30 dagen worden geconsumeerd. In de periode van 30-60 dagen kunnen vlees dat niet taai is, goed gekookte groenten en ovengerechten geschikt voor u zijn. Na 2 maanden is het mogelijk om over te stappen naar een dieetvrij eetpatroon met matig kauwen door aandacht te besteden aan harde voeding. Om terug te keren naar een volledig dieetvrij leven, is het noodzakelijk om gemiddeld 3-6 maanden te wachten nadat de implantaten zijn geplaatst.
