COMMENT DOIT ÊTRE LA NUTRITION LORS D'UN TRAITEMENT À SIX IMPLANTS ?

Il est très important de suivre le régime recommandé par le dentiste après tout six traitements implantaires. Les points à prendre en compte en matière de nutrition peuvent être énoncés comme suit : Dans les 1 à 15 jours suivant le traitement, des aliments liquides et en purée peuvent être consommés, à condition qu'ils ne soient pas excessivement chauds ou froids. Les aliments mous et à température moyenne tels que les pâtes, le riz, le poisson, les œufs et les légumes (finement hachés) peuvent être consommés dans un délai de 15 à 30 jours. Dans les 30 à 60 jours, une viande peu dure, des légumes bien cuits, des plats au four peuvent vous convenir. Après 2 mois, il est possible de passer à une alimentation sans régime avec une mastication modérée en faisant attention aux aliments durs. Afin de retrouver une vie pleinement sans régime, il est nécessaire d’attendre en moyenne 3 à 6 mois après la pose des implants.
