All-on-Six kann bei richtiger Pflege 20 Jahre oder länger halten. Bei der Behandlung von All-on-6- und All-on-4-Zahnimplantaten kann der Patient seine Implantate viele Jahre lang problemlos nutzen, wenn er sich an die Empfehlungen des Arztes hält, die Mundpflege vollständig und korrekt durchführt und sich regelmäßigen Kontrolluntersuchungen unterzieht. Patienten müssen 2-3 Mal im Jahr zahnärztliche Kontrolluntersuchungen durchführen lassen. Regelmäßige und richtige Mund- und Zahnpflege verlängert die Lebensdauer aller sechs implantierten Zähne.
